Our seven lakes are professionally managed by Steven Bardin.
Steven is a nationally acclaimed Fisheries Biologist, Author, and Professor.
We actively and aggressively manage our fisheries for Trophy Largemouth Bass.
Our Members are tested on each visit by trophy-caliber Largemouth Bass, Hybrid Striped Bass, Catfish, and Crappie.

The Lakes of Comanche Star Ranch

 SUPER LAKE

Super Lake is a 36-acre full pool reservoir.

Lake Superior, the star of 1970's era fishing shows,
now is home to schools of Black Crappie, Channel Catfish, and Largemouth Bass.

Super is located next to the Boat Storage Area
and has an easily accessible covered fishing dock.

CANYON NORTH LAKE 

Canyon North is a 18-acre full pool reservoir.

The lake is fed by run-off from two different creeks and has many stick-ups sitting in 10 to 20 feet of water offering our anglers opportunities to doodle sock soft plastics or tempt the summertime lunkers up with square-nose crankbaits. 
    
With shoreline vegetation, morning and evening top-water action is superb.  Rattletraps along the dam are deadly.

Brackish-colored water has a Caddo Lake feel,
the only thing missing is a pair of yellow eyes looking back at you.

CANYON SOUTH LAKE

Canyon South Lake is a 9-acre full pool reservoir. 

Canyon South is our deepest lake with 50 feet at the dam
and has an East Texas feel to it with deep structure located all along the eastern shoreline

The Hybrid Stripe Bass are over 10 pounds.

COTTAGE LAKE

Cottage Lake is a 20 acre full-pool reservoir.   

Cottage is a high character lake with submerged rocks, rock ledges, craggy shorelines, and multiple stick-ups throughout.

Cottage has 25 feet of water at the dam with a submerged creek channel that winds its way back to the lower portion of the lake.

Cottage is a quintessential West Texas Lake
Rugged, Ragged and Rough.

G.I. LAKE

G.I. Lake is a 20 acre full-pool reservoir.
  
GI takes it's name from its' Conservation Corp past.  G.I. was built in the 30's to tame the wild flash floods of the Copperas Creek.

Submerged rocks, cut channels rising to broad flats, steep shorelines with sharp drop-offs, back to a meandering sleepy creek, this lake has it all.

OKLAHOMA NORTH LAKE

Oklahoma North is a 15-acre full pool reservoir.

This lake has been one of two personal reserve fishing lakes used by the owner for family and friends.  In 2015, this lake was released to our members for their enjoyment.

The main body of the lake has staggering underwater ridges and deep holes. The hidden and protected northside offers shallow water estuaries excellent for spawning and brooding.

Oklahoma North is really two lakes in one. 

OKLAHOMA SOUTH LAKE

Oklahoma South is a 7-acre full pool reservoir.

This lake is the exact opposite of its' sister lake just across the spillway.

This lake has 15 to 20 feet of horizontal shallow banks that fall rapidly into 20 feet of vertical water.  Structure, a varied shoreline, and vegetation provide the character for this lake.

A small but potent lake, home to massive Largemouth, Crappie,
and hordes of baitfish.
